The product you purchase includes high quality concealed hinges and/or drawer slides made and distributed by Hettich Australia ("Hettich").
Hettich warrants to the original purchaser of this product all concealed hinges and/or drawer slides made and distributed by it contained in this products (but not the product itself) against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
This limited warranty is given to the extent permitted by law in place of all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under this warranty replacement of parts is the sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall Hettich be liable for consequential or incidental damages or otherwise be liable to provide any indemnity for loss resulting from or contributed to by the use, installation, performance or failure of its concealed hinges or drawer slides.
